Here at Azara Adria ltd we take your privacy very seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and provide you with information about jobs and job applications you’ve made or may be interested in.

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), therefore your information will be stored in a secure database and will only be shared with our clients in order to proceed with job applications and or to manage your employment. We will never sell your personal information.

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted. If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are not processing your personal data in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

We require your data to:

• Contact you by phone or email to let you know about suitable positions
• For our record keeping, in order to provide an audit trail of any activity
• To allow our Clients to contact you if they find your CV suitable for a position they require


We collect contact information such as phone numbers and email addresses from CVs. This is either via our website, www.azara.hr , via email or directly through one of our Recruitment Agents.

We will keep your personal data for as long as needed in order to provide a service to you, or as long as there is a statutory minimum to do so. You have the right to be forgotten (deleted) at any time upon request.

We do our utmost to ensure that your data is secure, and work closely with our database provider and cloud and website hosting companies to make certain that they are also doing the same. All of the data is held within a data center within the EU. Any data breaches will be reported immediately.
