Azara Crew Agency was pleased to once again take part in the Career Day at the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Split. This event plays an important role in connecting students with real opportunities in the maritime industry in Croatia and beyond.
At the event, our team met students and young seafarers at the beginning of their careers. We shared insights, offered practical advice, and discussed different maritime career paths. We also talked about onboard life and job opportunities at sea. As a result, many students gained a clearer understanding of what to expect in the industry.
In addition, we presented career opportunities with our client, Bahri Ship Management. The focus was on cadetship programs, which are the first step toward a career at sea. Students learned how to gain their first onboard experience and start building a career in the global shipping industry.
We would like to thank all the students who visited our stand. Your interest in maritime careers and your motivation to learn continue to drive the future of the industry forward.
Finally, we thank the organizers for delivering a well-structured and successful event. It was also a pleasure to connect with colleagues from across the shipping industry and exchange experiences.
