In case we don’t have a suitable job offer for your at the moment, we will process your application for future openings.
To present you to our clients or save your application in our database our crewing department will ask you to fill out an application form. Next steps will be verifying documents and information provided, including sea service checking, obtaining references, background and availability checks, interviewing and evaluation.
Considering the candidate’s compatibility for a specific job offer, our crewing department will present you to the client for final approval. The Agency guarantees that in no way will it discriminate or deny possible employment which shall be based solely on your qualifications and abilities for a particular job.
If approved, the candidate receives full job specification details with a tentative joining date. Our crewing department is gathering a full set of documents needed for joining and coordinating with our trusted partners for requirements e.g., contracts, medicals, additional training, and finally flights/transportation.
