Azara crew agency implemented ISO 9001 in 2012. From that time, we have maintained our quality system yearly through internal and external audits and used every opportunity to improve and learn. In April 2018. Azara crew agency made a transition from 9001:2008 -> 9001:2015 and verified compliance for the following scope:
- Intermediation and employment of qualified candidates for maritime and offshore industries based on 1.4 Maritime Labor Convention 2006 (MLC2006)
This year Azara crew agency is pleased to announce that we have successfully passed our recertification audit for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. An external audit for the re-certification was carried out by DNV auditors on April 12th, 2021 and it is confirmed that all the requirements of the ISO standard are met.
ISO 9001 is defined as the internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It helps organizations ensure their customers consistently receive high-quality services, which in turn brings many benefits, including satisfied customers, management, and employees. The standard also acts as a tool to streamline an organization’s processes and make us more efficient at what we do.
The implementation and maintenance of the ISO quality certificate is a challenge for continuous improvement in Azara, having the fundamental objective of client and candidate’s satisfaction. This successful recertification confirms the continuous compliance and effectiveness which is a result of our entire team’s commitment, responsibility, and professionalism.
